This is the eighth edition of The CQFLPN Guide to Online Family Law System Resources first produced in 2011 and revised annually by the Central Queensland Family Law Pathway Network. Some web links in previous Guides are no longer accessible however new ones have been included. Further, a number of websites previously listed in the Guide have new or updated resources.

The Guide also provides links to large libraries of publications, including peer reviewed journal articles. Many publications previously listed individually can be found within these sites, if they are currently still available. Some stand- alone publications are also listed separately.

Again the aim is to make it easier for people to find the extensive range of resources and tools currently available to support professionals working in the family law system, and people going through Family Court processes. The information is sourced from the Australian Government, state agencies, not for profit organizations, universities and legal and professional firms.
